If you research the Ezekial bread, it is based off the diet and religious needs of the early Jewish ppl. It's a plant based bread that provides protein. While lamb, chicken and fish were ate for protein, this bread seen many through leaner times.

Apple cinnamon quinoa breakfast: 1/2c quinoa 1.5 c water. 2 large apples peeled and cut into bite size pieces. Cook 20 to 30 minutes until apples are soft. Add cinnamon and hunny. You can also add berries and banana to it as well. 2 servings are 248 calories. High in protein and fiber.

I prelog my food each and every day. I see a nutritionist and this was a suggestion she gave me. Basically it gives me a chance to meal plan. And you can see a day ahead of time what you have to do to get a hold of the calories and anything else you're monitoring.

Are you talking fat or the omega 3? If you're talking the later most are. Just Google fish high in fat or omega3 and it'll list in that order. I eat lots of fish and I know salmon and tuna are 2 good ones for fats and omega 3s.

Tuna salad is my go to meal as well as fresh salad fixings that I make up for a few days at a time and then I use the Starkist pouches of either salmon, tuna, or chicken.

I've been using the Mrs Dash seasonings because of hbp. But I love paprika, lemon pepper, and white pepper.

I use strawberries a lot with it. But really any berries will go with it if you do it for a meal or a sack. I do half a serving instead of a full serving which I believe is a cup because of hbp and low sodium diet. If you do it for a snack then tomatoes and or cucumbers.

I gained over 100 lbs being on Seroquel because of the binge eating. I had to get off of it because I couldn't take eating all the time. There are many other mood stabilizers out there that doesn't cause near the problems with wanting to constantly eat.

I buy lots of salad veggies and I keep hummus around also. I keep the tuna pouches on hand also. I have several health issues going on but fruits and veggies and lots of fish.
