  • I have a Bowflex Xtreme2 SE and would like to finally use it. Looking for suggestions for a program or app that I can follow with it and some dumbells.
  • I just started the app on my phone. I'm doing the run every other day on a treadmill and 30-60 or "power walking" on the treadmill to build up my cardio. I Just started trying to get into shape again and got easily gassed bit the app has made it very manageable.

  • Great job Anjolaaina! That first trip back is the hardest! I just started back up on Nov 29th on my fitness journey as well so I am all to aware. I'm trying to start small and add things to my exercise routine lightly and modifying my eating habits as I go. You kicked butt today! Now get ready to go out and get it again…
