Sorry everyone! I got Covid two weeks ago and was struggling. I wasn't able to get on MFP or count calories or anything during that time but I am back now though so I will post my weight tomorrow since I wasn't able to weigh in this morning. I hope everyone here has been doing well!

Sorry I haven't been posting. My kids go to school starting Tuesday and I've been rushing to get everything settled at home before they go back so I haven't had a lot of time for MFP. I've been using the little free time I have to get in some workouts.

If you asked me a year ago who I wanted to get healthy for, I would have only said my kids too. I think it's so easy to put ourselves on the back burner to be there for everyone else but you deserve to do it for yourself too! :)
