Sorry I’ve been quiet for a few days. Took a road trip for my dad’s 86th birthday and I have a really hard time tracking and actually even thinking about weight loss when I’m traveling. Luckily I don’t travel too much 😂. Trying to get back on track now that I’m home starting with elliptical this morning and planning my menu.

Amazing how much better it feels to go back to the normal routine. One of my goals is to maintain my exercise and nutrition plan through the weekend. I have a bad habit of slacking off around Thursday so I’ll be making a more concerted effort this week to push through to the weekend.4 -

Rough start this morning didn’t want to get up but I did and at least got in some movement before work. Food was tough because we went out to dinner since our daughter is leaving for her senior year in college. I struggle with eating right when we go out but I’m trying to make small changes (grilled chicken instead of fried).1 -

@pkg1998 Hang in there, it's not easy but if you stick to your plan it will pay off. I've been stucked at 162.8 for 3 weeks dispite exercising more and eating low carb high protein. This morning I'm finally down by 1/2 lbs. Don't be too hard on yourself. Let's do this together 🥰4
