    Amazing how much better it feels to go back to the normal routine. One of my goals is to maintain my exercise and nutrition plan through the weekend. I have a bad habit of slacking off around Thursday so I’ll be making a more concerted effort this week to push through to the weekend.

    Rough start this morning didn’t want to get up but I did and at least got in some movement before work. Food was tough because we went out to dinner since our daughter is leaving for her senior year in college. I struggle with eating right when we go out but I’m trying to make small changes (grilled chicken instead of fried).

    @pkg1998 Hang in there, it's not easy but if you stick to your plan it will pay off. I've been stucked at 162.8 for 3 weeks dispite exercising more and eating low carb high protein. This morning I'm finally down by 1/2 lbs. Don't be too hard on yourself. Let's do this together 🥰
