Went pretty hard on the treadmill today... Only the second time since surgery. Feels good... Thinking I should kick it up a notch after a few days recovering.

This. 2 yrs ago my alt was hovering near 100 & my ast was 72 .They are now 29 & 21. Lifestyle changes and healthier eating choices are key to that success. I was in ketoacidosis Dec '18. I've lost 50 lbs since. I don't know what my a1c was but today my doc told me it was 5 .1 same as last time. I'm not on meds anymore. Diet. Exercise. Watch your carbs.
