Hi...Just wanted to pop in and say have fun. I finished Liift4 little over a month ago and am now working my way through 10 rounds. I'll be back to Liift 4...I had great increase in strength.

I liked the live versions of 21day fix. I also liked 80 day obsession. But I loved Morning Meltdown so I'd recommend that one above the rest. I am currently on week 6 of barre blend and not really enjoying it that much. Moving on the Liift after I finish up to get in a little more weights.

The best thing about Beachbody on demand is the variety of stuff. I like LIIFT 4 and I also really like P90X3. My favorite has been Morning Meltdown mainly because of the trainer. Both are really good programs but doubling up will be tough unless you are already in pretty good shape (or you take it easy on both).
