I'm changing my weigh in days to Friday. That usually works best for me. I had a really good week of getting back to it. My run yesterday felt great and I'm feeling motivated! Today is drinks for St. Patrick's day so next week I'll have to make sure to really stay on track so that I can enjoy my treat tonight.0 -

I've started working out more consistently, and being more careful about my eating. Tired of seeing the scale go up and down.

I DO take my weight by tenths of lbs but just have ended on a whole number each week. lol. Plus, I was amazingly down on 3.22 because I was struggling with going up from the 170.0 all week. This is hugely exciting and encouraging for me. I even had guests and cooked lasagna and carrot cheesecake this week.2 -

I missed the normal weigh in day😅 work has been hectic and stupid recently.
