6th - 150.5 - this marks a total loss of 45 pounds, wow! When I started my journey I was so afraid I couldn't do it, this makes it all seem so doable!
13th - 147.3 I'm going to readjust my March goal since I'm already nearly there. I had the flu this past week so not having much of an appetite accelerated things a bit.

Sunday March 01 - 155.3 - Starting up almost a whole pound higher than my February end weight, but definitely going to stay the course. I must have had something salty today, because I had 3 litres of water and am still thirsty, I normally have about 1.5 litres (=6 8oz glasses).
Monday March 02 - 156.8 - My consumption and exercise calories out were on point, but I think that the jump could be due to liquid from yesterday and sodium.
Wednesday March 04 - 156.1 - Those 140s are looking elusive, but I will continue to try
Thursday March 05 - 154.8 - MFP said 139 in 5 weeks. I don't believe that, but it gives me hope : - )

Saturday March 07 - 155.2
Sunday March 08 - 156.4 - Burned lots of calories yesterday so still had calories left over, but had pita pizza and drinks, so up over a pound. Hopefully lots of it is just salt, we'll see how the next couple of days go to undo this.

Tuesday March 10 - 157.2 - Not sure why I am gaining, hoping to see it come back down soon, I am working at it.
Wednesday March 11 - 155.3 - back to day one of this month weight, I'll take it.
Thursday March 12 - 154.2 - Much better.
Friday March 13 - 152.1 - New low! Really happy to see this number today.7 -

You are in an enviable position. You can just continue on your downward path, maybe setting a new March goal, or you can play around with eating at maintenance for a week or two, being mindful of the scale to make sure it doesn't pop back up. May success follow you whatever you choose!3 -

March 2 (standing in for February 29): Back from vacation and... 144.0 (I don't trust the ten day average since I have been gone ten days and it would calculate from the nine days before I left, but it would be 144.3)

Total loss for March`: So far, this month is a FAIL. I am over where I was one, two, three, and 12 months ago, and by a somewhat significant amount.

I could blame it on stress eating - I know we're all under stress being concerned about the pandemic viral disease. Too many bagels yesterday.3 -

3/14- 149 I didn’t even want to post this but I have to admit I haven’t been counting calories and I’m eating waaayyyy too many nuts and too much cheese and throw in a few halo tops. I can see every bad choice I make but some how in the moment I can’t seem to control myself. I’m not beating myself up but I do need to figure this out. It’s one thing to plateau, it’s another thing entirely to actually gain.

Thanks everyone for the hints of what to do about my diet saboteur at work. I thought he was just a nice guy wanting to bring snacks for the office but might be changing my mind on that. I moved them from 6 feet behind me to around the corner and slid them into a shelve under the microwave. First he complained that it was harder to get a snack (i.e. approx 3 sec to slide the box and open it versus 1 sec to just grab). When I explained it was hard for me to resist them when they are literally sitting right behind me, he grumbled and made a snarky remark. I moved them back to the shelf. Now every time he walks in he announces to the group...hey there are snacks under the microwave. I should also explain, he spends at most 1 hour in the actual office as opposed to me who sits there for 9-10 hours. Thanks for letting me rant.7 -
