ive now downloaded the app to my blackberry so i can log all the time, whereas before i would use my ipod or pc. when im helping out im doing plenty of exercise.

i hate the meds that make you gain weight. i gained 2 stone with my last lot. am trialling some meds at the moment but these make me have hot flushes when im out in public

a person can be diagnosed with bipolar at any age. look at me lol, i was diagnosed with it last year at the age of 37. bipolar can present in children as young as 5, so its not uncommon. best thing to do is to keep pestering your dr about her and ask for an opinion from a physcatrist.

might give st johns wart a try. i'm currently on 5 types of medication for my bipolar and its annoying, esp as 2 of them make me want to sleep, although thats a good thing for me

ive not done too bad with the chocs today. i put on my diary that i had 9 but i only had 6, i did it to make me think id not got a lot of calories left but then my son brought in a piece of cheesecake so i ended up going over the calories anyway :yawn: :devil:

ranging from 2 hours to 7 hours but for the past 3 weeks its been mainly 2 hours if that. lost count the number of sleepless nights and days. my dr gave me sleeping tablets but they dont work. i feel so un motivated and sluggish

i have a resistance band (got mine from avon) when i am sat down watching tv, i use the bannd to do stretches with my arms and legs, and you can also get a small bike thing that goes under your desk so when you are working you can be cycling x

i think it is hard sometimes to eat. i know i get days when i have to force myself to eat and days where i wanna pig out. i love working out on the wii fit, and also love walking. i know at the moment i need to change what i am eating to the good stuff lol. you'll get there girl, we both will xx

i carried on with exercise with bad knees and now have very bad arthiritis in my left knee. Better to check things out with a specialist first before you do any damage. I speak with experience as now, i am limited to what i can do when i have very bad knee pain.
