Like I'm good with being your friend but you have to be motivated to do this for yourself. At the end of the day it's not going to be anyone here that gets you up and moving or keeps you from eating that treat

I like that I'm not the only one who monitors the friends they keep on here I keep tabs on my friends list and anybody who goes over a month without logging in I remove. If it's over 2 weeks then I comment on their page to wish them well and hope everything is good. And then I keep an eye on them.

I use the app on my phone and when you go to somebody's profile it doesn't actually say what their profile says. Unless we're on the computer it won't show what your requirement is. I send my nickname as the name and if I'm adding you from a forum thing that you posted I will mention a comment based on what you posted but…

I use my first and middle name because my last name is unheard of. If you look up my last name nationally there's only Thirty total entries and I'm three of them so I get why you wouldnt use your name. What did you say to where she would report you and call you such names?

That's fair because it's controversial as everyone has a slightly different answer. He should know your goals and how your body handles stress enough to know what you should be doing so if youre going to stick with this coach then trust that this person knows what is best for you.

30-70 seconds per set is optimal; when doing TUT i give no break. Kind of defeats the purpose. It's odd that you're on here questioning what your coach is telling you. If you don't trust their word then you need to shop around for a new coach

Hunger is a state of mind. It's good to take control of it in some capacity. Just keep in mind that in the long-term binge eating and weight loss do not go in hand in hand. Speaking as a former binger, it will catch up with you. So if binge eating makes you happy then don't be upset with how that lifestyle affects your body

Vega is definitely not my top choice. If i get plant based proteins it's pea protein; unless you're ok with whey.. To get rid of that vega tho: Freeze a cup of fruit (berries hide it best) throw some spinach in the blender, add protein and either water or milk. Itll cover that taste.

I guess the thing on my mind is completely different than the way this thread has been going recently and trivial in comparison.. still I'm going to share.
