I think it starts by not buying those types of snacks. Makes it easy to not head for those snacks when youre at your weakest point. Easier said than done. I know that mental struggle all too well.

Strength training overall will improve endurance in other areas. Kettlebell swings focus on your core and glutes (youll work other areas but those are the main) when done properly which is the key component in everything else that youre doing.

I tend to plan out my whole day by logging it first thing in the morning to make sure i dont go over. If i go over my calories after logging what i want to eat and notice i have a higher lunch, ill reduce there. I try to aim for 5 meals a day and will do 300-400 calories for each meal

It could be the types of foods you're eating. Once I starting getting in the recommended amounts of veggies, fruits, a variety of protein types and healthy fats into my diet, I've lost more on a 1800 calorie diet than when I was lower not incorporating those things..

My calories are set to 1834 right now but I have 5 meals a day that are between 250-400 calories per meal. I post daily. I usually remove people if their diaries are closed. It's weird to ask for accountability buddies and keep that private. ha
