Yes, I think so.

Could you just try to eat healthier and limit sweets ( junk food) to maybe 1 time a week max? Do you feel like you would be able to exercise a little on your days off even if you start slow and not hurt yourself or anything? Its hard to balance getting enough calories with healthy eating on a physically demanding job. I…

No, I don't have any pain with squatting at all. I don't mind the exercise either. Its just I can't get very deep, maybe 3/4 down to knee level. My back goes out over time lifting weights or if I try to go up in weights, maybe too much exercise and I need a break? Stupid I know, but its easy to overdo it in your…

I wanted to add. I don't think I could have lost much of any weight on my own. I still need to change my lifestyle not in food and exercise but taking care of my other needs ( like relational and purpose-based) it seems to improve. I have basically no friends and a non-existent career. I never learned to give myself away…

There can be deep issues. Some people have intense emotional pain and struggle in their life and cry daily. Of course that doesn't mean they should turn to food to ease the pain.

Some people are amazing because they can take a small bag of chips or candy and make it last several hours! I don't know how they do that. I finish it in 5 minutes.

I honestly think most skinny people either just don't eat as much ( like my sisters who could eat tiny portions and be satisfied), use drugs ( like nicotine), were raised very active ( like in dance much of the day or just couldn't stop moving). Its just not good for those like me who like big portions ( just hate the…

My favorite site was supertracker. I'm really disappointed they shut it down.

I had it done. I lost half my weight on my own and half because of surgery. I'm still about 130 lbs down. Surgery is hard to recover from. I felt nauseous for a while after. It is great while your stomach is small. It would be nice to always have that feeling. A few years out though you really need to learn the things you…

Thats exactly how mine is. I've been doing seated work for a few months and my back is having issues, just feels really off. Its worse sitting down than it ever was standing, walking, and bending over all day. Working with weights causes that too but then it actually goes out. I'll start the supermans.

Yes, I have a lot of muscle weakness and imbalance. I am extremely tight and have hardly any flexibility. My abs are weak. My back issue is not anything major. When I am walking and working it is fine. It just goes out every time I try to lift weights.
-
Yeah, every time I try to lift weights I get a strain in my back. I don't think I have much foundational strength and my body is kind of built different ( I can't squat low like some people my arms don't straighten straight, they are kind of crooked, my stomach pooches from extra weight and crazy weak abs) so have to use…

You might like another kind of coffee, like iced coffee. I'm sure you've probably tried different kinds but I didn't like it either and now I like it a lot!
-
I can tell a big difference between drinking something like coffee and taking a preworkout. I'm not as experienced as you are, just worked a physical job and exercised. It does improve my performance too. I can work out longer and harder. I am more focused.

Could just start walking as far as you can or until tired. Youd need to get a handle on your diet too so could try to eat more balanced. Just making healthy changes where you feel motivated can help. I've lost over 100 lbs and thats kind of what is needed for change.

I totally agree. Not being able to move and everything associated with that just isn't accceptable. Some cause you to gain even if your diet remains the same. I always gain on antipsychotics especially Resperidal. I gained 120 or so lbs in 4 or 5 months on that medication. A few months ago I was put on it again and gained…

Never realized I love sprinting. Its great. I always had a hard time with just running but 30 seconds of sprinting I can do and enjoy!

Not usually the same every day. I try for 7000-9000

I do exercise to be able to eat a little more and still lose weight, at least eat enough so I'm content with what I'm eating.
-
For me it helps a lot to exercise. I don't think people should be discouraged from exercising. Theres no way I can stick to the calorie allowance ever without exercise. I feel like I can't eat anything. But if I add an hour or two of exercise it makes all the difference. Losing weight is possible and sustainable.

I can't do it. Its impossible for me to keep to that diet. I need carbs, fat and protein to feel the best.

You just feel a very full sensation in your stomach. To me its very noticeable. I felt tired. Sex drive was much lower.
