Agree with smaller, good chunks of choices scattered in however you do it. I quit drinking soda finally and honestly did it once i discovered the sparkling flavored waters. Not really. I get into smoothie kicks every now and then. Juicing seemed like a lot of work and clean up if not purchasing the correct juicer. But, i do love those ginger, kale cucumber type juices. Now I'm craving it. Thanks a lot ha

Covid-19 is why i added this app today. I've been eating *kitten* and in a funk. The exercise thing sucks bc I'm limited on what cardio i can do bc of a knee injury. Support local restaurants they say!! Too hard to choose the healthy meals though. Lol
