yesterday elliptical underdesk 27.77 miles (68:04, 670.5 cals) and arm bike 12:44 (414 revolutions, 59 cals). I hope to get a little/lot more arm bike in, since that tones the whole thing since I do it with my legs up off the ground and it works abs, core everything--life is giving me excuses to wimp out but I am trying!

Some are still made with lead wicks too, even though it is illegal in the US. Some imported ones have them. I buy unscented everything too.

Please check with your specialist first, but I have had great luck using an underdesk elliptical (just the pedals of bike) as an arm bike--it sits on the kitchen table and I do it while looking out the window at the yard. I only rejoined myfitnesspal yesterday, so this month I will fill in the food and exercise every day and not give myself a hard time if I have to skip a day here and there for health and sanity reasons!
