Let me add that I'm 57 years old and struggeled with weight my whole life. 180lbs would be fantastic but for now my goal is to get under 250. I gift myself a spa day…

Also, calories fom foods that are from my home country ( Germany) don't count. Funny, how we can fool ourself. Recently saw a picture somebody…

Happy Friday to all ! I walk three times a week with a friend in the morning. We do about 4-5 miles through the woods. Not just for physical exercise but also for our sanity. Being out in nature helps keep the stress level low. We have been doing this for years and our bodies are used to it. Obviously we both still managed…

In a perfect day I pre-track all my food in the morning. I allow myself to make substitutions during the day. I think t his will work well for me and maybe it can help others. I don't have to think about what to eat as it has been already decided. I even leave 150 cal for a surprise snack or an extra helping.

My name is Marianne and this will be my first challenge. Although I eat healthy foods, I have portion control issues. I need accountability because I have a tendency to " wing it" and that never works out for me. I am the heaviest I have ever been and I am seriously worried about health issues because of my weight. Excited…

I have just ditched WW because obviously I have a problem with portion control. I know counting calories works, I just need to focus and not try to wing it. I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to weight loss. I could use some support. Maybe a weekly virtual "check in" with a group? Some kind of accountability would be…
