14 pounds is alot! I mean in term of people who want to lose upwards of 50 it might not seem significant but for me, my clothes are tight and I am bloated

my goal weight is 125 pounds or 57 kilograms right now I am around 135 It is really hard because I have zero self control when it comes to my diet. I am 5"7

i find that if i have one cookie I am not satisfied until I finish them all But I can eat one apple or one banana I think wheat that is processed does not register correctly with our brain especially wheat and sugar combo

Thank you to everyone for the encouragement and responses I have been considering myself a food addict to excuse my binging until I realized the foods I was binging was mainly gluten and sugar based (although I have eaten 3 or 4 bananas and apples at a time) I will try to focus on my goals and on a quote from Abe Lincoln…

I hate that I conform to these stupid and pointless western beauty ideals....but being on the thinner side is more valued....When I was 150 pounds I was swimming 4x a week for two hours I was incredibly strong....But no one thought I was sporty or athletic, now I get complimented all the time and I guess it goes to my head…

So for me I am actually hungry the day after I work out....Its like the hunger just hits me like a tidal wave I used to just eat anything in sight but now I buy nicer fresh food so at least the food I am eating is what I want and not random leftovers

Its truly amazing how food is what shapes our body. I spent years training in the pool swimming for hours but my diet was out of control. I would binge 2,3,4 thousand calories of bread and pasta and every sugary thing you can imagine. I was so unproductive after these binges, my self esteem would plummet. I still struggle…
