I haven’t had it in a long time, but I like jam and cheese sandwiches. Also I like mayonnaise on most foods including spaghetti bolognaise.

Coffee helps me curb cravings. I drink a lot of coffee. I find having flavoured coffee helps too.

Maybe try and save some calories for 10pm and then have a snack then.

Breakfast: I don’t always eat this, but if I do 2 banana weetabix with skimmed milk and coffee from my Dolce Gusto Machine. I go through fazes of being obsessed with foods. At the moment I’m obsessed with strawberries and raspberries.

Ice cream. Also strawberries and cream.

I don’t see a problem with you having it everyday. It’s not the healthiest of foods, but if you not going over your calorie target then it’s fine.
