I have to say thank you to the nice coworker who brought pizza, hot dogs and snacks to the break room today. She told me to make sure I got a piece of pizza and I assured her I would. But then when she left I ate my fish and lima beans 👍 I feel accomplished for the day

Hi! I'm 220 trying to get back to 180 if I can I used to weigh 320 pounds got down to 180 but every now and then gain back to 200 :( ( I have hashimotos so not sure if that's why but I also get my meds bumped up at the same time)
