I just finished my 4th week of a 4 step low carb/fat high protein diet and so far I lost 9.1kg so nearly at my weight goal. Went onto step 3 which normally lasts 2 weeks then step 4 another 2 weeks but I am dropping weight so will probably be at step 4 next Monday. I am given a various amount of packages (powders mixed…

Starting weight: 94.8kg - 208.9 lbs Goal weight: 85kg - 187 lbs Current weight: 85.9kg - 189lbs Total weight lost: 9.1kg - 20 lbs The above done in 4 weeks so I can move on to step 3 of a 4 step diet and eat a few carbs, fruit and quark/yogurt.

I am on a high protein low carb diet at the moment and I am allowed unlimited veg out of a list. Other veg is limited to 200g a day but I do not have to look at calories. My biggest problem is the veg I can eat unlimited I usually don't like lol. I can drink instant/filter black coffee but i like mine with milk ;-( ) and…

Mine kicks in when watching TV. If i sit playing games on my PC I do not have the craving. (a 57 year old gamer whoo hoo) I also go to bed at 00:00 on a work day so try to stop gaming around 22:00 to allow myself to chill before bed.

I burned 1740 calories on a 2.5 hour walk according to fit bit. It says I am allowed 1800 so I should have had a right pig out last night :D but I didn't. I ate normally which I think is about 1300 calories according to my high protein low carb diet. Got a weigh in later today so wondering how much I lost last week.

I did (do sometimes) and it also put my weight up by about 4-5kg's in the couple of months during lock down. I was fooling myself I would eat quark or Greek yogurt with a spoonful of jam in it and then once I had started I would find cakes and cookies etc. Since starting this new diet if i get a craving or hungry I grab…

Time to trade your BF in then. My wife does not object when I go walk abouts for 3-4 hours with my camera. She's probably happy for the peace and quiet lol.

If I just take the camera and lens attached I hook it to a belt I got from Aliexpress. I grabbed a small belt clip to hold it which allows me to grab it when needed otherwise it hangs from my waste. Having a lot of problems with a 30 year old whiplash anything straining my neck hurts.

I don't usually sit in front of the camera so the before is from 2017 but since lock down I looked like this and the after photo is a week ago so after dropping 7.5kg (7.1kg fat) in 3 weeks.

I know that feeling, if I take my backpack when I go hiking with my camera I end up taking too much gear. Camera and battery pack plus 100mm-400mm lens and a 150mm-600mm lens and extra batteries and filters oh and a 90mm macro lens and tripod. Then my camel-bag with 2 liters of water. I need to buy a donkey.

Downside to losing weight, the crumbs fall on the floor instead of my belly so then I have to get the vacuum cleaner out.
-
Have you tried exercises aimed at belly fat? I too just dropped 7.5kg weight (7.1kg fat) in 3 weeks and go to be weighed today after 4 weeks. My goal is lose 10kg but I also notice I still carry fat around the belly and love handles so have started doing extra exercises aimed just at that area. There are loads on youtube…

I am very skeptical of my fitbit, it says my daily calorie intake should be 1800 and after I did a 9km walk it said 3840 ;-) If i am to trust it i can have a pig out according to the calorie allowance.

I train what I can and too suffer from shoulder issues, chronic bursitis in both shoulders and tennis elbows in both elbows, no matter how many injections I have they always comeback. On top of that I have real bad whiplash (35 years now) and a bad right knee after a bad motorbike accident. I train at a sport school run by…

Snacking was my problem during lockdown. I am now on a 4 step diet to reach my target weight and also it helps me regulate what I eat and when. Snacking is pure will power as I too used to snack when bored. Wonder how I will do after this diet is completed.

my fitness app says 1800 calories and when i walk a bit it goes up. On Sunday after my hike it said I could have 3800 calories ;-) No idea what my diet calorie intake is at the moment (its high protein low carb) but last Monday I had lost 5.1kg (3.5kg fat) in 2 weeks. Going to get weighed again today so wonder what it is…

I have been married 30 years in August so don't remember any of my ex's ;-) Forgive & Forget by Blondie.

had a miss app a couple of years ago, hiked up mount Snowdon and down again and took my eyes off the track when someone asked me a question and twisted my ankle which luckily sent me running down hill into the high bank side and no over the edge. Finished the hike with a very swollen ankle that turned purple but luckily I…
