Hi, although its good to have activity trackers sync with MFP as it shows your commitment to health and fitness and encourages others, the primary question is why are you on MFP? The follow on once that is answered is why is it important that your tracker info is on MFP?

Why not just put on walking shoes and go for it. If the intention is to walk and not work out, i.e., no sweating, just change your footwear and off you go.

Brush your teeth if you have a craving, then drink a glass of water. Works for me (when like you, i am not encumbered by poor commitment). Get stuck in!

You have such a narrow margin of lard to shift, 6kg, it will be marginal losses you will see in return for what seems like LOTS of effort. Frankly, it will be a pain in the ar5e. The question is, do you want to be shuffling around with those 6kg, or honour and mirror your previous success and shed it?

You cant run before you walk. Your body and brain have to get used to it. Practice, experience, muscle memory.
