I just want to feel like I'm in control again. I have gone four days without going over my calorie limit and I feel in control for now. I hope I can keep it up, but I don't know if I can :(

Saturday 2/5: 138 Feb GW: 137 I am trying not to be too ambitious this month. Last time I got too ambitious and lost motivation. My life has been super busy and stressful lately, so I went a couple of months without accurately logging because I didn't have time. I will try to make time this month.

I agree with cmriverside. Electrolytes could be an issue if you are drinking a lot of water without replacing electrolytes.
