That’s a good idea to write them down, I just had it all in my head so best to try and write them down, it was so much easier in lockdown but now I’m back at work it drains me so much, but thanks for your advice 🙂

Hi I used to have a lot of sodas but I’ve cut it down to like one bottle every so often and drinking plenty of water, and on weekends I used to eat out but now cooking home meals which I noticed I don’t feel as heavy in myself, I might start going for walks in the morning and listening to music to see if that preps me for…
