Hi Stephanie, I totally feel you on this I’ve been on and off diets/working out so much I lost count I do it for about a month then stop but my goal is to lose 4 stone I hope by my birthday in December but happy to lose like 2 if not 😂,
this app is really helping a lot and now I’m getting more focused and motivated, we got this! 💪🏼0 -
