Back again at 250+lbs needing friends

So here I am again over 250lbs and 31, in my second week at this again. Feeling more determined this time.
But I would love more friends on this for accountability, some banter, chat and to share ideas for meals workouts etc.
So if any of that appeals to you please add 😁

    Sign me up - I am looking to do 1500 cals, lower carbs NOT Keto. Mild Exercise if at that. BUT need motivated and ACTIVE friends like you.

    Same here! 32 and am 252lb but I've lost 40lb+ since May (with my doctor's guidance). Just got my blood work done and I'm doing really well with all my levels too. We can do this!
