Hey @MadisonMolly2017 Thank you :) I think my main issue is that I didn't factor in exercise and eating times on those days, so I snacked rather than actually sticking to meals. I am hoping to start planning meals on a Sunday and sticking to it :smiley:

Hi guys, I was meant to do my weigh in on Sunday, but my scales have given up the ghost! I will try to get it done by Saturday. However, steps for yesterday was 19,175 I was below my calories yesterday as well Is this all I need to post regarding an update?

My "old ways" tend to be not really caring what I eat, not counting calories and not exercising. I just have a complete change of mentality. Thank you for your advice - it is really useful :smiley:

I want to lose about 5 stone and am around 5 ft 7 - my BMI puts me at obese however recent doctor trip have highlighted no issues (unless you count weak knees) I do tend to try to run before I can walk - maybe slow and steady will win the race?
