Sometimes a team approach can help - you get a stable group of people, you have challenges and accountability, and it can really work!
Have a look at the Fat2Fit challenge and support group. There are six teams, lots of wonderful supportive people, and you can join together with your friends if you want to add a more active community dimension to your weight loss and fitness journey.

Lose it, and keep on losing it.

I'm back again as well!! I'm figuring out how my body loses weight since every other time I was sick (undiagnosed sickness, food allergies). So I'm learning how I lose weight. I would love to find friends to encourage and to encourage me!0

Sounds like my story. Used MFP to lose 80 pounds. Then I tweaked my diet after a while 30 year. I stopped MFP because I was eating paleo and it wasn’t a good fit.
Now I just need the accountability to get my Covid baking under control.0 -
