I am definitely a food addict. I totally crave unhealthy foods and use them to cope. sometimes the craving is beyond overpowering. i am recovered alcoholic and a recovered vaper. Food is so much harder because i don't want to completely cut out all treats but I am so bad at moderating.

Yesterday I ate a whole bag of rice cakes a whole bag of pita crackers. Its like an intense feeling compulsive thing. Sometimes I get an over powering urge for fast food too. I'll try some of the things you guys suggested

I've lost and gained so many times to even count. Lowest weight 118 highest 240 current 209. My poor metabolism. Hypothyroidism doesn't help.

I'm 5'2 and have fluctuated greatly over the years. At my smallest I was 118 but on my frame it almost looked a bit too skinyy. I'd be happy at 135-140 lbs.
