208 lbs

Hey all,

I went from 240 to 208 lbs during quarantine. It felt great but I lost motivation and have stalled. I really need to lose weight for my health and so I feel better. I've successfully quit smoking and drinking. I did that by having a great support community. I just want to say hello and any advice is appreciated. Hope you all are well!

    Sometimes I need a to take a "diet break" and just set my goal to Maintenance" for 3 or 4 days. I try keep making good food choices, but giving myself those extra calories for a few days takes some pressure off.

    Taking a "diet vacation" makes it easier for me to dive back in-- reset that goal to 1lb a week and hit GO!

    Hahah my break has been like over 6 months lol
