I buy that same yogurt and I always have issues ripping the seal off!

Pepsi Twist! I really liked it when it was out in the early 2000's.

Cottage cheese. My personal preference is with cherry tomatoes or with pepitas and dill.

One item you could add is quinoa. High in protein and very versatile. Lately I've been adding tomato, zucchini and garlic and cooking it in a vegetable broth. I also add it to chili. :)

Bubbl'r or Waterloo sparkling waters. If you want one with more flavor and sweetness, the Walmart generic brand of sparkling water is a good stepping stone from soda, plus it's a little cheaper. I used to enjoy their white grape flavor years ago. I think they come in 12 pack cans too:…

Has anyone tried adding Ideal Greens to their smoothies? It's a powdered supplement. I plan to try doing smoothies, but am on the fence about trying the Ideal Greens in it. My plan otherwise is just frozen fruit and Light + Fit Yogurt for the extra protein. https://nutraone.defynedbrands.com/products/ideal-greens

Oooh, I'm intrigued by these. I like having Pop Tarts on hand for a snack while working, but if the price is decent on these I may need to purchase!

The others above have all made great points, but I would like to add to invest in a food scale and log accurately if you have not done so already. Serving sizes on packaging are merely an estimate and you would be shocked with how far each way it can sway your calorie count. Keep it up though!

I usually just add some picante sauce. Sometimes I'll put the egg on a single slice of bread/toast and eat it as an open faced sandwich.

I think what helped for me the most was noticing how my energy levels changed. I noticed I would be good about getting my exercise in all week up until I indulged in fast food. Once I did that, I just wanted to nap or lay around. To me, it just wasn't worth it anymore.

I've seen these but they have been out of my price range.

This looks perfect, thank you!

I love walking. I just need to invest in some new shoes that I'm not afraid to get dirty in the snow!

I've been meaning to check out Skinny Syrups, I just never make it over to HomeGoods lol.

If you remember, please let me know how the freezing and thawing works. I may try freezing it as ice cubes and letting it thaw in my coffee since I prefer iced coffee anyway.
-
This is a good idea as well, since I know I don't mind Premier Protein already. Thanks!
-
I didn't even think of that...plus it would help with portion control. Thanks!

I've swapped to logging my foods on the Fitbit app. The scanner doesn't work as well as MFP's, but it works well enough for me to use it for free.

I would love to get into some type of routine like this, but it is just too hard with working two jobs. I would like to transition to eating a small meal or even just a snack when I get home at 10:30 PM though.

I've switched to logging my food in the Fitbit app, and once I messed around with it a bit it seems to be working fine.

I've been meaning to find a nice egg bake recipe so I can prep over the weekend and freeze portions for during the week. I think with veggies and seasonings it would help me get out of my rut of eating the same thing.

I regularly eat too much pasta. It tastes so good! It's a hard habit to break, but I've been trying to start with a generous salad like 30 min-1 hour before the pasta. Give your body time to digest the salad, and then you will feel fuller when you start eating the main course. Is it realistic to do this for every meal?…
-
I use red lentil noodles instead. It does have a different consistency that regular noodles, but once I got used to that I enjoy them a lot.

As others have said, eat what you like. I'd weigh it so you are logging correctly, and I'd probably make sure I have plenty of water to help with sodium. Load that sandwich up with some veggies and make it great. The condiments, cheese or bread is usually where most of your calories come from, I'd be a bit more concerned…

The closest Trader Joe's to me is roughly 45-50 minutes away so I very rarely get there, but I do enjoy their corn and black bean salsa and their turkey jerky. My town really needs one, and it's not like it wouldn't do well. The population of our tri-city area is probably 70,000-80,000. Very odd that we just recently got…

Very disappointing. I'll be keeping my eyes open for other apps or websites, but I think I will try using the feature in Fitbit.

Not sure if it's a snack or not, but I love the Member's Mark guacamole cups on low cal toast with Daisy cottage cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Usually around 200-300 calories, lots of protein (from the cottage cheese), and it's filling!
-
I don't get pizza super often, but when I do I usually just skip logging the food. Sometimes it isn't worth the effort and I just enjoy it for what it is and assume I'm going to be over my calories for the day. Not the best advice, but it's what I do.

Built bars/puffs, Daisy brand cottage cheese, chicken breasts, quinoa

Daisy cottage cheese with cherry tomatoes! Can always add some dill or cucumbers too.
