I think you have highlighted some very nice points here. I also wanted to continue to stress that weight does fluctuate, and that is OK! Is it frustrating? Yeah, most of us want to continuously be hitting our goals; however, it is not realistic. The other day I had an over 3 lb weight gain, but the next day I dropped back…

Oooooh, interested in this!

Fruits and veggies, honestly. I feel like I can eat a decent amount and feel full from them. I also like a nice hard boiled egg. One other item I do enjoy is the Mighty Spark chicken sticks. I really liked the black bean flavor and the honey and jalapeno. https://mightysparkfood.com/collections/snack-sticks

I may need to look into that granola @Noreenmarie1234. I'm starting a new job in a few weeks and will be working 100% remote, so I need to get into a better breakfast or snack routine!

Thanks, I'll have to look for this next time I'm in the grocery store!

What has really helped me has been going for a walk, putting my headphones in and listening to music/podcasts. I try to do this daily when the weather cooperates, but I think it has really helped with my anxiety overall. Find a nice trail at a park, or better yet, explore different parks! Take photos of nature while you…

Anyone have suggestions on adding coconut to smoothies? I was first trying to find a yogurt to use, but I can't find any larger containers near me. Then I tried finding a coconut protein powder, but they were all chocolate-coconut. I suppose I could try coconut milk? Trying to be somewhat cost-effective.

I'm sorry you are feeling this way! During my diet adventure I have also found plenty of foods I do not enjoy, but I try them once and move on. I have also found plenty of foods I DO enjoy and I continue to buy/cook them. Don't force yourself to eat things you aren't enjoying. Your post gives me concern that you are…

I was curious about this. I know Walden Farms can be pretty hit or miss. :)

In addition to all the items noted above, I've found sometimes a sugar free chocolate pudding helps me out. I don't crave sweets super often anymore, so I like to keep sugar free pudding cups on hand for when I do have a craving. :)

Late response, but here it is! https://halloween.medaldash.com/ Love the shirt as well, I think this year I will order one size larger since I like my shirts a little longer. :)

Thanks, I've been wanting to try these for a while!

Caesar salads. Now if I could just reduce how many calories they are I'd be golden (I add sunflower seeds, croutons, tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs).
-
I enjoy Built bars, but I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for as they are more of a treat/brownie texture with a decent amount of protein. I used to eat Lara bars often as well.

I have never even heard of fish jerky. Hmm, I'm intrigued.

I just started making my own iced coffees at work and when I weighed my creamer amount it ended up being 200 calories! I definitely do not want to waste that many calories on my coffee. I think I am going to try swapping for vanilla almond milk instead.

Ooh, I'm intrigued by this as well! The hardest part with using these bar codes is the variations in using different brands of ingredients in recipes. I would probably try to specify in each recipe which brand you are using as well. :)

This is super intriguing! I may need to think about doing this as well, but I'd probably need to invest in a treadmill or gym membership for the winter months.

I did a Michael Myers one for Halloween and it was a blast! They said it was the virtual run they had the most participants for ever. I'm excited to do it again this fall, I just need to order my shirt right away so it arrives in time for Halloween this time! :)
-
Thanks! I was going to look up a recipe eventually to try this!

What was the price like on these? I love olives and trying different brands, but I also hate spending a lot of money on them lol.
-
I really want to try this one out, but man it is expensive! They look really good and filling though!

Welcome!

I like Mighty Spark chicken sticks, Built bars, bananas. Sometimes I'll have one of those steamable broccoli and cheese bags.
-
Try Built bars. I do not enjoy the Quest bars because they are too chewy. I feel like Built bars are more of a soft texture. I enjoy the Built Puffs even more (marshmallow inside). Most GNC stores carry single bars if you just want to try one before buying a whole box.

I've been doing quinoa with a bit of black bean salsa and some steamed veggies. If you wanted to add a meat you could add some chicken as well. It's very filling, easy to make and tastes good! :)
-
I still have not found these and I want to try it! I faintly remember these.

I'm pretty simple and I enjoy making chicken breasts and hard-boiled eggs in mine. If I wasn't trying to lose weight I'd be making chicken nuggets in mine pretty much everyday lol. You can google almost anything to make in an air fryer. We once made a jalapeno meatloaf that turned out great. :)

I like the idea of drinking water and then the soda! I may need to try that as a way for me to drink more straight water lol
