I used to be on ww too. I found their app to be very helpful. Counting calories is a little different than counting points. I used to eat a lot of zero point foods when I was on ww. Didn't realize how many calories I was consuming. So it's taking some time to adjust to counting calories.

I struggled for years with alcohol so I totally understand. Got into power drinking in college. Add me and we can chat about it.

I was on weight watchers in 2019 and had great success. I use that with a diabetic diet twist. Very little rice potatoes pasta bread and sweets. High in lean meats veggies and fruit. I find that tracking my food makes all the difference. I tend to eat less and healthier foods when I track it.

Yeah me too. Was hungry. Had 571 calories for breakfast. That was a little more than I wanted so I will have to watch it the rest of the day.
