Yeah me too. Was hungry. Had 571 calories for breakfast. That was a little more than I wanted so I will have to watch it the rest of the day.1

My dog whining at the door at 3:30 woke me up. But I got an extra 15 minutes cuddle time with her after having a 'talk'. Oh cripes, already 3 hrs. have gone past.2

Hey its 6:30 and ive already done a 2 hr workout. Now im not saying thats for everyone, but if you are awake might as well make good use of the time. I say 2 things will happen.....you will either make a habit of early morning workouts.....or your mind will know better than to wake you up because you will torture it ๐4

Idk. What if you have a ten pounds chi mix holding you hostage in your warm bed that only wants belly rubs and nose kisses I mean honestly how does one move him when they have a big heart and zero motivation that is the real question
You are doomed to administer belly rubs as long as necessary than im afraid. I have the exact opposite problem....a kitty that will bite my fingers to feed him at 4am everyday if i am not already up.....4 -
Yes, I always wake up early mostly because I have medication to take ๐ but it's 7:55 am here and I've already done 1 hour of yoga, had breakfast and now I've been working on homework for the last hour.2

Up by 4:30am each morning to go out an walk/run come rain or shine. After I workout with weights and if I was working right now (quarantine still in my state) it's from 9am to 11am (return later at 4pm to 8pm) I don't have my first meal until 11am-12pm. But I eat up to 10:30pm at night so I have enough energy for the next morning.
