Today I switched from WW to MFP.
I joined WW back on 11/27/2020 and have lost 19.6 lbs so far.
WW helped me to build healthy habits and now I'd like to simplify things a bit and focus on nutritional values too.
I'm excited to be here and to continue my health journey. Health is LIFE!ππΎππ½

I used to be on ww too. I found their app to be very helpful. Counting calories is a little different than counting points. I used to eat a lot of zero point foods when I was on ww. Didn't realize how many calories I was consuming. So it's taking some time to adjust to counting calories.3

I was WW lifetime for a couple years, but their process for gaining weight when I wanted to put on muscle was very cumbersome, so I just stopped going...MFP is pretty adjustable as goals shift over time, plus it's easier to line out macro level goals which WW is not really set up for. Welcome to the new world!!!1
