Lots of lifting weights, lots of swimming, and lots of plain grilled chicken. 2-3 lbs of chicken every day. no fast food whatsoever, no junk food whatsoever. Just a common sense approach of not eating stuff we all know we shouldn't be eating.

The gym is the easy part for me, the hard part is cooking 3 pounds of chicken every single day and dividing it into 6 plastic containers after I've been to the gym twice already and worked all day Lol

Down 91 Pounds Now.

I'm at a massive Deficit. 1600 cal a day, with almost 100% of it from protein. Down 85 Lbs so Far.

Im still chugging along, The Pool at my gym closed for 1 month of maintenance so ive been unable to do my cardio so i've been focusing on lifting weights every day instead.... 215 lb bench press, 515 lb Squat, 270 lb deadlift so far.

i did lose 100 lbs once before, but gained it all back due to some *kitten* up life *kitten*. I'm almost back tho/.
