Man, you got this! Stay with it. After 100 lbs. maybe take a diet "break" and eat at maintenance for a few weeks or months to get acclimated. Then go for whatever your second goal is!!!0

i did lose 100 lbs once before, but gained it all back due to some *kitten* up life *kitten*. I'm almost back tho/.5

Im still chugging along, The Pool at my gym closed for 1 month of maintenance so ive been unable to do my cardio so i've been focusing on lifting weights every day instead.... 215 lb bench press, 515 lb Squat, 270 lb deadlift so far.3
