Ann said right. You can begin to practice MA even at your weight. The most important thing in it is a technique. I used to practice unarmed combat years ago and still now I haven't lost the ability of professional fighting ๐

I am 5.6 and two months ago I was 94lbs. Eating peanut butter, almond butter, all kinds of nuts helped to gain 4 pounds.

I am an office worker. I exercise daily. MPF gave me 1200 calories and it's not enough for me. I do 1600-1800 cal and I keep my weight. If my calories are lower then 1500 I loose weight very easily but I don't really need it.

20+ years. I started from a morning jogging and ended up with a master's degree in physical culture and sport. I work out on a daily basis. It's a good stress relief and of course I like what I see in the mirror))))

I was always 100% "child free ". I was always busy with my career (still I am) and I love to travel. I am in a relationship with a man who is on the same page with me. We discussed that question before we moved together. We didn't want to have any issues with time. We love kids. We are happy when our nieces and nephewsโฆ

I used to eat peanut butter and drank chocolate milk before I went to bed. Helped to gain a couple of pounds.

I would recommend to figure out what body type you have. A pear or an apple. Then it will be easier to adjust a diet and the work out plan. Good luck on your journey ๐ชโ

I always read labels. I don't like salty food at all. If it's salty I don't feel the taste of the food, just salt. I cook separately for me and my boyfriend (he likes salty meal). If I eat out I ask for something what contains a small amount of sodium.
