Struggling to gain weight.

I’m struggling so bad with eating enough calories. Some days are better than others but none are reaching my goal. I’m desperate to gain weight and muscle but I need a steady plan to get myself into a routine that helps me both physically and mentally. It’s saddening when I don’t hit my goal. I want to feel accomplished. Any tips on high protein food and easy at home exercise. Help!!!!! Lol and thanks in advance. Oh and follow me if you have the same struggle.

Suoer easy to reach your calorie goal with smoothies. Down a 800+ calorie smoothie like a snack as often as you need. Make it full of fruit and greens and you have all the nutrients you need minus protein. Add protein powder and chicken, salmon, or pork.

I like to drink of one of these + eat some carbs and meat for dinner. 1500 calories minimum on a single meal. I lower the dates to 4 dates and use medium banana instead of large. its actually somewhere around 800 calories instead of 1200.

Hard to say. Either you aren't entering everything into your diary or you're skipping a lot of meals. I don't see dinner logged at all. Also, coffee with creamer isn't going to cut it as a meal when you're trying to gain weight...you can't have meals that are just in the 200-300 calorie range and skip meals and then just have a few snacks that are in the 400-500 calorie range total.

You need to eat actual meals. Eat full fat everything. Drink some calories as just a casual thing, not a meal. Use heart healthy cooking oils. Consume high fat things like nuts, nut butters, avocados, etc that can provide significant calories at low volume.

As protein goes, I see some tuna logged a couple of times...eat more tuna...eat more chicken...eat more beef...eat more pork. Basically eat more meat...that is the greatest source of protein.

I used to eat peanut butter and drank chocolate milk before I went to bed. Helped to gain a couple of pounds.

I'm not sure we can help unless we know what is holding you back from actually eating.
