I am basically in the same boat as you. Started at a low weight, set a weight at which I would reevaluate. Then go from there. I like my new upper weight...truthfully, I don't look that much different 8 pounds up!

I tell myself it's mostly muscle bc i can still see some abs when I do ab exercises! and my quads are popping! I'll post a pic soon.

I take your point. Do you know the purpose of the seed work aside from increasing strength? I am really here for aestheics....I also think it's time to cut for me. I am at 114lbs, which is approx 8 lbs up from my weight last year. That and I am emotionally influenced by my alcohol consumption this week!

I just started PHAT as what is probably the final stages of my bulk. I have gained about 8-10 lbs in the past year and I think it's mostly muscle! I have been running PHUL forever. Has anyone run PHAT before? What is the point of the speed work? I think it's pretty disruptive to my shoulder joint so I may pass on it.

I do not recall the exact temperatures off the top of my head BUT I had a chat with a registered dietician about food safety for some college boys I knew. They used to leave the crocpot on warm FOR A WEEK and eat the pulled pork from said pot when it finished cooking on Monday. She said technically speaking, this was safe.…

I am on Day 27 of Breath but I am looking forward to doing her Move playlist. My father went to the doc bc he has shoulder mobility issues and nerve issues (tingling in fingers). I suggested nerve flossing and have been asking him to try yoga for over a year! The doc said "do you know adriene...." AND BENGY.

I am on everyday. But I don't think of it as grinding. Controlling my food gives me release and pleasure knowing I am doing what's right for my body. Same with exercise.

This is more common than you think. I also got tons of hate. Ignore them all. I know it could be tough if they’re your family but maybe respond with something like ‘oh thank you for your suggestion/point of view. I’ll take that into consideration’. And that’s it.

I also was once in enough back pain I could not move. Buy The Back Mechanic by Stuart McGill and you must immediately start doing the Big 3 movements he recommends: birddog, hip bridge, and modified curl-up (though admittedly, i usually do the deadbug instead). These movements and the book are a go to for all back pain.

I ate mostly protein on Christmas dinner, which is our holiday event. Chicken wings smoked and chili! I had only one piece of pumpkin pie, which I sliced in half. I went out to lunch (a rare occurrence for me on boxing day), and had a bread roll and the creamy seafood soup. That is all that is out of my ordinary!

So, I used to do a ton of MISS and some HISS but switched to LISS and love it. It's easy, fun to listen to podcasts, and I do not have issues incorporating it in my daily routine. I will say that my cardio capacity is NOT what it used to be...but I am still in great shape with good health markers.

I am actually similar on medicine, but this coincides with a much needed rest week. I trained hard for 5 weeks and my body said "enough!!". again, I would not think of it, as a 1-2 course dose will not affect you greatly.

what is your home equipment situation? I would not think about it. It's over 10 days away and a lot can happen in 10 days (such as omicron quadrupling in countries). I would expect just some level of restriction vice a total close down.

I feel like I could have written this. Cheers I hope we recover soon. If it makes you feel better, when I had rona, I did not train for SIX WEEKS and I literally weighed the same and got my muscle definition back in 3 weeks.
