Like you, I had hot flashes before my menopause too. I had my ovaries removed and put on HRT. I’ve heard great things about Black Cohosh and just started taking it myself. Can’t give you an honest opinion since my hot flashes/night sweats aren’t every night, but if I do notice a difference I’ll report back.

So sorry:/ I was thrown into menopause after having my ovaries removed in my 30’s now in my mid 40’s I weigh more now than I did when I was pregnant. It’s awful.

I love chipotle. I switch it up and get chicken or steak, black or pinto, veggies, mild or medium salsa.. if I’m feeling spicy, hot sauce, light cheese and guac (their guac is so good!) lettuce and sometimes the vinaigrette. I can’t not the chips and queso. 🥹

I’ve been meal prepping. Last week I seasoned some lean ground beef, roasted some veggies and potatoes and made some rice. I took meat, veggies, and potatoes for 2 days then meat, veggies and rice the other 2 days. I love to add sweet Thai chili sauce on my rice. I treated myself to a chipotle bowl Friday. Meal prepping…

I made overnight oats with the Fairlife salted Carmel protein milk and added chia seeds for extra fiber and topped it with banana. Tastes like butterscotch to me and kept me full till lunch. My new addiction 😊
