It's just so hard to find the time to do it! I know that I need to make time but my spare time is spent with my boys so it's finding the balance.

Thank you so much lovely comments. They have really given me a boost. I've been doing loads of Zumba (DVD's) and I've done the 10 day challenge a few time. I'm now on week 2 day 5 off Ripped in 30 which is killing me!

I'm less about my weight and more about making my old clothes fit. I have just been reading up on stuff and loads of places say that the percentage of body fat that you carry makes a difference not only to your size but also to your health so I'm trying to work on that.

I'm trying to lose my baby weight. I have got a 22 month old and a 22 week old. I've lost 28lbs since my second son was born but I still have 9lbs to go. I would like to have lost this by 15th December (my Christmas party) but then I want to concentrate on toning up. I just want to be able to wear my size 10 clothes again.…

It's 4 workouts (one a week). 3 mins of strength, 2 mins of cardio and 1 min of abs. Each move has a beginner, normal and advanced way of doing it and none of the moves are repeated from week to week.

I got some and I've been doing my Zumba in them and I've lost 1 inch of my waist, 1 inch of my hips and 0.5 inches of each thigh in the past week. I don't know if it's the pants or the Zumba kicking in, but they are nice and comfy to workout in so I don't see the harm in them.

I use zumbacalories.com Some people say it's not accurate but when I compared it to a heart monitor it was only out by 17 calories.

I don't know if you can rent them, but I have purchased the set. I feel great once I've done them but when I'm doing the I feel like I'm dying.
