All I want for Christmas is to be a Yummy Mummy!

I'm a full time working mum of two (2 and 3 years old) and I really want to loose a stone (more if possible) before Christmas. I'm 5'6" and 10st 3lbs and a size 12.

I'm hoping to do a bit of running (I'm useless at it and usually die after a mile) and some fitness DVD's (Davina/Zumba/Gillian Michaels) and use my pilates machine. I will be on a calories controlled diet.

Would anyone like to be my buddy?!?

If you don't mind having and older friend, add me. I,m 41 my boys are 17,18,20--Yikes!
I am 5'6", finally down to the weight I think want! working on maintaining??maybe dropping a little more body fat.

I was at home 24/7 and homeschooling, but with only one in high school I got a part time job at the local health food store.

It's just so hard to find the time to do it! I know that I need to make time but my spare time is spent with my boys so it's finding the balance.

I'm in a similar situation, work full time, my child is three but I have lots to lose although - I am aiming for a stone by Xmas for a starter.

I lost a lot of weight previously but it has crept back on particularly since I went back to work after having LO. I don't have the time to exercise like I used to.

    Good luck with it!
