How long after starting your weight-loss do you do you’re before and after pictures?
And post them?
Do you have them now?
If so post them here! I would love to see your before and after pictures and when you took them!

For me, I take it at the very beginning of my journey then I take a picture once every week. In the beginning of every month I would compare everything and smile (if it was good lol)0

I take mine when I feel like I have lost weight, but then I sit there and stare at them and feel like it is not enough LOL. I am glad I am not the only who does it more than once a month.
@Jill: Your pictures are AMAZING you are beautiful and have done such an amazing job in losing weight! So fantastic!0 -
Only have very recent before and after (August 2011 (before Insanity)-November 2011 (after Insanity). that is 11 lbs. Had some before and after MFP, 18 pounds, but messed up the link. Searching for some before all weight loss to present...46 pounds.

I took pictures regularly along my journey and started sharing them at about 30 or 40 pounds (I can't remember). It is a good idea to take a lot of pictures to document your journey and also to help encourage you when you can see the progress you're making. Even though I'm not trying to lose any more weight, I still take pictures to note progress I'm making in my overall fitness (for example, I just took a picture yesterday because I actually have awesome arm muscles now and never did before).
Here's where I started:
Some progress:
75 pounds gone:
When I met my goal:
Most recent, about 10 pounds past my goal:

I generally post every time I lose another 25 lbs. I posted at 100 lbs lost, 125 lbs lost, and 150 lbs lost. Only 1 more pound and I can post for 175 lbs lost. I guess I am a little OCD and have to do it in intervals of 25 lbs LOL!0

I take them when I hit a mini goal or when I need to remind myself that I'm still changing. I have lot on my computer but these are a 2 I have posted before.
First one:
2nd one: In some cases having a photo at a higher weight and lower weight in the same place like this one:
I was planning on doing one at 50 lbs off but I didn't think I looked that different from the 30lbs. Then I got to 71 lbs and think it shows but I'm super close to getting out of the 300's that I'm waiting for that to do the next update.0
