On days when my protein intake is low I like to eat a cup of plain Greek yogurt before going to bed. Adds an extra 20 grams to my count for the day.

30 minute walk outdoors in the morning before the temp hit 95 degrees. Going to the Y this evening to do some Rowing.

I’ve been using the Apple Watch since it first came out. Currently using the Apple Watch Ultra to track my workouts and daily activity.

I have MFP set to Lightly Active. And only eat back some of the calories that were recorded from my Apple Watch Ultra. I haven’t had any issues maintaining my weight using this method.

My hands tend to swell when Walking out doors in temps greater than 90 degrees.

I second these. I love my Brooks sneakers. Some are more pricey than others. But from a comfort standpoint I find they are worth every penny.

I have never experienced this during my strength training workouts. I do try make sure my form is correct with each lift. I also try to drink a lot of water to maintain hydration during each session.

I posted in this thread about my syncing my Apple Watch with MFP. As far as I can tell, as long as you’ve given permission for MFP to read both workouts and steps in the Apple Health APP, and use steps from the Apple Watch in MFP settings you should receive the correct calorie adjustments for the day.…

I’m using the Apple Watch Ultra in combination with MFP. Above is what was synced yesterday. The steps were from regular all day walking, and not for exercise.
