Lost one pound after stepping on the scale at work this morning. As my coworker keeps saying, "This is a marathon, not a sprint..". I knew that the first week where I lost five pounds was an anomaly so this just motivates me to keep going and make it through Thanksgiving without falling completely apart food-wise.

Worked from home yesterday so I couldn't weigh in with my coworkers. Just stepped on the scale and I lost another pound. I was hoping for more but as my friend says, "It's a marathon..not a sprint.." I'll take the lost pound and use it as motivation!

Morning all! My remote days this week are all screwy louie because of Thanksgiving so I'm home today missing our work challenge weigh in day. Really going to try and stay on track this week but I do plan on enjoying turkey day...haha. Have a great day everyone!

Working from home is really hard. I broke my fast at 11am but now I'm starving and don't want to keep eating but water isn't helping right now.

We did our weigh-in at work for the 10 week weight loss challenge and I was the biggest loser this week!!! I'm down 5 pounds! @HASWLRS My coworkers and I are doing a 10 week weight loss challenge and we're weighing in on Mondays. And I LOST 5 POUNDS this week! I was the biggest loser for the first week! I'm so excited (even though I know a lot of it was water weight but still..haha)!

I'm trying 16:8 too, but only during the week. Then on the weekends, I'm just making sure that I'm drinking a ton of water and not going overboard with eating. You got this!!!

I've started back on the wagon this week and have been trying to intermittent fast. I've been fasting for 16 hours and then have an 8 hour window that I can eat.
