Sorry to hear of your loss. Exercise a little more and eat a little less. Log your food and try to not go over the calories suggested. Training for a 10k sounds like a great idea.

If you love what you do you are more likely to make time. If you focus on being fit and healthy, then even if you don’t get time to exercise you are doing something with your diet. You can then continue with your exercise when you can. However, if it’s about losing X amount of lbs then it’s easy to get busy and feel too…

I had a similar experience as you. I’m a 23 year old male, trained weights for a few years from 15-19. Started training callisthenics (mainly push ups) looking to maintain my body weight and get stronger

Have you entered your height, weight etc and followed the calories this app suggested. If so you could try exercises such as walk/jog/bike

Find some cardio that you enjoy doing. The more you enjoy your exercises and the diet you are on the easier it will be. If it is running, challenge yourself. Each time note how far you can run and see if you can beat your high score. Same with a bike. And for a diet you enjoy, look around in this app and scan your foods.…

I found them difficult at first. I found it a lot easier when I didn’t have a specific number to begin with. I was just trying to do as many as I could possibly do, and did this on a regular basis.

He said he was doing keto and on a high protein diet. I told him 2 options which are low carbs and high protein and that visual abs are to do with body fat. No problem here.

I’m Brad, 23 years old, 5”10, 154 lbs. From 15-19 I trained weights. I took a break with lockdown. Not I train by myself from home slightly differently. I do push ups every day I work out, a few days I include weights to target the body parts push ups won’t target. Goals for April: Increase from 300-400 push ups in a day…

If that was correct you still don’t get as much for your calories with carbs.

Training takes a lot out of me and makes me quite hungry. I make sure I drink 2 litres of water daily, I have a coffee morning, afternoon, cup of tea in the evening. This helps me to feel full between meals. The tea I have is only 4 calories. These drinks on top of my allowed calories usually does the job for me

I’d suggest tracking how many calories you currently eat on a daily basis if you haven’t done this already. Then set the goals on the app of how much you want to lose. For exercise it depends what your situation is. Push ups are a good way to “push” yourself. Cardio is good for weight loss too. If you look for foods with…

Pretty impressive. I take 2 days off in a week. I might just take note of how many I end up doing in a year, maybe even weekly and monthly
-
Yeah, my favourite day was chest. Then I started get bigger and stronger on shoulders and that became my favourite day, then it was back. I haven’t been to a gym since lockdown. I’ve dabbled with weights at home on and off. Now all I need is space to lay on the floor and a pair of dumbbells

I’m new to the community tab. I focus on push ups and training with my body weight. I train by myself from home. Feel free to add me/message

I love push ups, it’s about all l do. A few days a week I will do weights for the body parts push ups doesn’t target. If my body could take it I would do push ups all day

Tuna and beans has around 45g of protein. If you can find a cheese high in protein you can have potato cheese beans and tuna
-
Focus on getting the right amount of protein and calories
-
Tuna and beans. Beans could be replaced if they are too high in carbs, but it is very filling as there is a lot of protein
-
Your abs will be seen in regards to your body fat %. Food I would recommend is chicken and tuna. Tuna doesn’t have carbs and a tin has around 25 g of protein. Try doing cardio, push ups , body weight training. It will come with time, be consistent
-
Have you tried doing push ups? They can be a really good way to notice the process you make. On top of that I would recommend a protein shake with a high amount of protein in, and also eating high protein foods like tuna and chicken. Protein is more filling and you get a lot more for your calories. You don’t need to cut…

Once you know how much calories you are consuming, try eating a little less calories, protein will make you feel more full, and on top of that do some cardio
-
At the moment all I do is push ups. I’m eventually going to add in pull ups but I’m limited at the moment
-
I train calisthenics. I am well motivated. I train by myself at home without anybody to motivate me. I aim for 300 push ups a day. I would do push ups all day if my body would let me. Feel free to add me and chat
