You need experience with exercise, so as you do it, you learn.. you get more focused on it too.. go around and focus on eating up all the good food you can find that is unprocessed.. but keep your focus on it.. do things that keep your focus on it.

A lot of the therapy stuff on YouTube and popular culture has little practical use. Half the therapists out there are inappropriate or useless too. You get more oomph in your life through food and gym or exercise. It’s faster and guaranteed to work unlike the stuff you’ve read and been told by therapists or on YouTube.

Let them have their natural reaction. Just say thank you and make a polite excuse. Use etiquette and void confrontation. Your life will be less stressful. Don’t tell them about your dieting. Make some silly excuse

You may have gotten a meniscus tear.. be careful twisting and standing up. Way to go! I love your accountability thread! Have you tried visualizing yourself doing what you struggle with? Athletes are told to use it. I literally take a photo of my feet on an elliptical and look at the photo while exercising and visualizing myself on an elliptical while still at home. It’s hard to keep my attention…
