Fav meal I eat atm: Whole grain bagel toasted and slathered in pizza sauce. Add slices of tomato on top and Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Heat in microwave for 20 sec to melt cheese. It's like a veggie pizza!

I am at 21 weeks. I was personally told walking, swimming, light weights and yoga. However, I was into heavier weightlifting and intermediate yoga before pregnancy. Definitely hope you have asked your obgyn. :)
