Anyone have any recommendations for me?
10w pregnant with twins. Haven't worked out for years. Being in good shape is a big deal to help increase chances of a safe delivery for me.
I know to start slow and will also be pursuing pelvic floor therapy.
Wondering if anyone has recommendations for a program that can be started during pregnancy for the unfit mom. Something more than just walking.
Thank you!

I am at 21 weeks. I was personally told walking, swimming, light weights and yoga. However, I was into heavier weightlifting and intermediate yoga before pregnancy. Definitely hope you have asked your obgyn.0
