    Salsa chicken.
    Simple but great.
    Pound of chicken breast in crockpot cover with favorite salsa. 4 hrs shred and Bam

    I will need to try these! They look like the perfect size for tacos. I've been using Mission's Carb Balance tortillas and they are also good but I'm thrilled there are other options.

    @PeachHibiscus The snack size are perfect size. Little bigger than street taco, smaller than regular size.
